Suda51 announces Lolipop Chainsaw

It's going to be a pop-inspired zombie killing game about a cheerleader named Juliet Starling who finds that there's a zombie invasion going on while she's at school. Because of such misfortune, she takes up a chainsaw and goes after the hoardes of undead that plague San Romero Highschool. However, because this game calls for a more pop-oriented atmosphere, not only will the music done by Akira Yamaoka be bubbily, but designs will be built around the pop aspect with zombies emitting pink lights and hearts when split in half, contrasting the often gory & grim aspects of zombie killing.
